Day 1: First Workout

5:00pm:
Ok well we started the first workout at 5pm. Cant remember exactly what we had to do but for the sake of this blog it might as well of been PAIN and SUFFERING. Did the best I could of all the exercises and managed to thoroughly exhaust myself for the majority of the 1hr 40mins we slogged it out.
I'm not posting up numbers or anything on here so if that's what your after you might as well piss off. I will tell you how I felt afterwards, absolutely stuffed.

Although after a shower and a few minutes to relax I do feel really good. I cant imagine I'm going to feel that way tomorrow morning though.

Day 1: Protein bar?

Day 1:
10:45:
First ever protein bar. Tasted... not so bad. Has a weird texture but not bad.

Day 1: Early Mornin

9:20am:
Only earrlllyyy days yet. Diet is fine so far, I don't mind eggs or chicken so breakfast wasn't bad (props Greg!). V8 juice taste ghastly though, so I'm gonna want to get over that or things are gonna suck massively. The old morning routine is already slightly broken Dads gone the old Toastie with ice coffee and I was a good lad and got a water instead (*cry*).
I guess its the old saying, any Journey is just a collection of little steps and every one counts!
